How Points are Calculated

Senior Point Standings

A fencer must have a total of at least 275 points to be included on the point standings.

The sum of the best FIVE points earned at designated international competitions (best FOUR for Women's Foil, best THREE for Women's Saber) PLUS the TWO highest point totals among the following events:

Junior Point Standings

The sum of points earned at designated international competitions PLUS the FOUR highest point totals among the following events:

Cadet Point Standings

The sum of points earned at designated international competitions PLUS the sum of points earned within the previous 12 months at NAC Div 1 events PLUS the FOUR highest point totals among the following events:

Youth-14 Point Standings

The sum of the FOUR highest point totals among the following events:

Youth-12 Point Standings

The sum of the FOUR highest point totals among the following events:

Youth-10 Point Standings

The sum of the FOUR highest point totals among the following events:

Veteran Combined Point Standings

The sum of the points earned at the following events:

Veteran-40, Veteran-50, & Veteran-60 Point Standings

The sum of the TWO highest point totals among the following events:
